As the Author of the teachable memoir “A Life Through Distorted Eyes” and the creator of this platform I have added a link to my playlists on my YouTube which you can parouse at your own leisure, it goes through the daily routine I created and used when I was first starting to really dedicate myself to my own healing journey. As well as different helpful meditations, affirmations and sleep aids. You will find a large variety of different tools to aid you in many different areas of your life.
They are very short and basic routines, using, grounding meditations to start the day, psychic protection for those that feel sensitive to others energy and basic affirmations to create the right mindset to move through your day.
For those a bit longer on their journey and dabbling into different modalities, you will find a short self reiki meditation. I have gone through my level 1 attunements to do this so if it is something you seek to do please reach out. I keep communication clear, timely, and human.
